MASHIAH is a three-piece healing audio system: a main speaker built around a resonant-panel technology that HEALING Co., Ltd. developed independently under the production of MARTH, paired with HEALING's original Mineral-Stone Super Tweeter and Mineral-Stone Woofer.

A single resonant panel — free of any sealed box or rubber edge — lets sound spread three-dimensionally forward, backward, sideways, and upward. Many listeners describe feeling enveloped in the kind of presence you'd expect at a live performance, wherever they are standing in the room.

Why a resonant panel

On an autumn night, insects create their clear, pure calls simply by rubbing thin wings together. A violin creates its rich tone by letting the friction of bow against string resonate through its body. MASHIAH follows the same principle: a faint change in electrical voltage is allowed to resonate through a single curved panel — an extension of nature's own amplification systems.

Because sound is produced by a single resonant panel alone, without a sealed box or rubber edge, MASHIAH is designed to be free of the coloration many speakers are said to carry from their enclosures — aiming for a more natural sound.

A frequency tuning found only at HEALING

MASHIAH pairs HEALING's original Mineral-Stone Super Tweeter, capable of reproducing frequencies up to an ultra-high 150kHz beyond the range of human hearing, with the Mineral-Stone Woofer, which adds depth to the low end.

The know-how in frequency selection passed down through MARTH's production has been layered onto the characteristics of HEALING's original resonant panel, independently tuned to the range said to help the body and mind relax.

Rather than the physical impact of sound pressure, it is an experience of sound dissolving into the body as a gentle wave — many listeners report feeling less fatigued even after listening for extended periods.

Entirely handcrafted — the integrity of made-to-order production

The curve of the panel, the number of varnish coats, the position and count of the ribs that control resonance — every detail shapes the tone. The cabinet is finished in laminated ash with a teak veneer, and the resonant panel in balsa wood layered with repeated coats of shellac varnish, all finished by hand, one unit at a time, by artisans.

No two pieces of wood are alike, and the individuality of tone this brings is something mass production is said to be unable to reproduce.
